Assessments
The instruments we use
The same instruments a clinic would use, scored the same way. Your result is private to you.
Before launch: The scored assessment flow is not implemented yet. This page describes the instruments; wire the questionnaire before linking it from the home page CTA.
The four screeners
PHQ-9 — depression. Nine items, scored 0–27.
GAD-7 — generalised anxiety. Seven items, scored 0–21.
PSS — perceived stress.
WHO-5 — general wellbeing.
Who sees your result
You do. A result reaches a professional only when you explicitly choose to share it with the one you book. You can take a screener without an account.
What happens when a result flags risk
We show regional crisis resources before anything else — before any booking screen, before any payment, whether or not you have an account. High-risk results are never routed to trainee practitioners.
