What a session costs
Professionals set their own rates inside platform guardrails. Two of the three routes cost nothing.
Licensed professionals — NPR 1,200–4,000 per session
Licensed psychologists, psychiatrists and counsellors price their own sessions by duration and experience. You pay per session, or subscribe monthly for a set number of sessions plus asynchronous messaging.
The trainee free zone — free, always
Counselling trainees building supervised hours toward qualification. Always badged as trainees, always under supervision, never matched to high-risk screening results. There is no catch and no upsell.
Subsidised places — free, income-verified
A pool of pro-bono slots offered voluntarily by verified professionals. Income is verified once, privately; no documents are shared with your counsellor.
For practitioners: payouts
Platform commission is deducted automatically and the balance is paid to your connected account after each completed session. No invoicing. Rates are yours to set; we enforce only a minimum and maximum guardrail.
