Clinical standards

What every practitioner here agrees to

These standards are accepted at application and are grounds for suspension if breached.

Before launch: These standards should be reviewed and countersigned by your clinical lead before the platform accepts live practitioners.

Verification

Every licensed practitioner's registration is checked with the issuing authority before their profile is listed. Trainees must name a supervisor, who we contact directly to confirm supervision is in place.

Scope of practice

Practitioners work only within the competencies their qualification and experience support, and refer on when a presentation falls outside them.

Trainees are badged as trainees everywhere they appear, and are never matched to clients whose screening flags high risk.

Crisis escalation

Where a client discloses risk to themselves or others, the practitioner follows the escalation policy: surface regional crisis resources immediately, stay with the client, and notify the platform's clinical lead the same day.

Crisis resources are never gated behind payment or an account — on any screen, for any client.

Confidentiality and notes

Session notes are visible to the practitioner only. Clients see summaries the practitioner chooses to share. Assessment results reach a practitioner only when the client explicitly consents.

Recording is off by default and requires explicit two-party consent.
