Terms

Terms of use

The basis on which you use Mine Healers, as a client or as a practitioner.

Before launch: These terms are a plain-language draft describing how the platform works. They must be reviewed by a qualified lawyer before launch.

What Mine Healers is

Mine Healers is a platform that screens and connects. We are not a healthcare provider. We do not diagnose, prescribe, or provide emergency care. Clinical responsibility rests with the practitioner you book.

Emergencies

The platform is not an emergency service and is not monitored around the clock. If you are in immediate danger, contact the emergency numbers on our crisis page or your local emergency service.

Bookings, cancellations and refunds

Session fees, durations and cancellation windows are set by each practitioner and shown before you confirm. Free-zone and subsidised sessions carry no charge but still create a booking you are expected to attend or cancel.

For practitioners

You warrant that the credentials you supply are accurate and current, that you are entitled to practise as stated, and that you will work within your competence. Misrepresentation is grounds for immediate removal.

You accept the clinical standards, including the crisis-escalation policy, as a condition of listing.
